Enroll Today … Remember, you can change your Medicare Supplement plan and company anytime of the year.  Why wait if you can start saving money today by switching companies.

Plan G …

The only difference between plan F and Plan G is; Plan G does not pay for the Part B annual deductible of $233.  Part B coinsurance of 20% after the deductible is payed in full, and the Part A Benefit Period deductible of $1,556 and coinsurance is covered.  Keep in mind, when comparing Plans F and G, if the monthly premium savings is more than $198 per year for plan G, it’s a better value.

Plan N …

Another popular option is plan N, which provides a unique mix of comprehensive benefits coupled with an excellent monthly premium.  Plan N is a little different than F and G in that Plan N does not cover the Medicare Part B deductible, or the Part B Excess Charges.  To learn more about Excess Charges please click here (Click Here).  Also with Plan N, when you see a doctor for an outpatient visit you will be responsible for a $20 Co-pay.

  1. Hi Carol, Medicare should cover the cataract surgery. Whatever Medicare covers, MOO will also pay their portion as well. If Medicare denies the claim, MOO will also deny.

If you have more questions, please let me know.

    Thanks .. John

  3. Hi Larry, in order to enroll into a Medicare Supplement policy you must either pass medical underwriting or have a guarantee-issue situation. A guarantee issue situation is for example; a person who is new to Medicare or someone exiting an employer health insurance plan.

Call me when you can so we can discuss your options.

    Thanks .. John

  5. Hi Robert, it depends on a couple factors. 1: the state you live in, not all states offer under age 65 medicare supplement plans. 2: if you are in a “guarantee-enrollment” period or situation, which is typically, someone new to medicare, or if you have recently exited an employer health insurance plan, or recently started or stopped Medicaid.

Robert, let me know your situation and I’ll see what is available. Thanks … John

  17. Hi Louise, no, a Medicare Supplement plan is not a re-reimbursement plan, it simply pays their share of what Original Medicare does not. For example when you see a doctor, the claim is sent to Medicare first. Then Medicare notifies the Supplement company to pay their portion. It’s that simple.

    Thanks .. John
