Balance Plans: Offering you a sensible balance of affordability and great benefits.  Low co-payment for doctor office visits and preventive care.  Unlimited number of doctor visits.  Comprehensive generic and brand – name prescription drug coverage.  Chiropractic and acupuncture benefits.  Along with comprehensive major medical hospitalization and outpatient services.
2. Vital Shield Plus plans:  The coverage you need.  The price you want.  Vital Shield plans offer you valuable health coverage at an affordable price.  You choose the benefits you consider important, without having to pay for those you don’t.  Vital Shield plans are a great option for those who rarely go to the doctor, but want to know they’re covered when they do.
3. Shield Spectrum PPO plans:  Deductible options of; 500, 750, 1500 & 2000.  Shield Spectrum PPO plans offer unlimited preventive care visits to the doctors and specialists you want, along with maternity coverage.  And Brand-named prescriptions are only #35 per prescription, after you meet the annual brand name drug deductible.
4. Blue Shield Dental:  Because dental health is an important part of your total wellness, we offer a range of affordable HMO and PPO dental plans to fit your dental needs and complement a Blue Shield health plan or keep it as a stand-alone plan.  When purchased together, you can enjoy the added convenience of combined billing, while strengthening your overall health coverage.

Shield Savings plans:  These high-deductible health plans offer preventive care such as; annual physical exams, screenings and vaccinations before having to meet the deductible, and compatible with a Health Savings Account (HSA), and offer you protection against major health care expenses.  the Shield Savings plan deductible options are; 1800, 2400, 3500, 4000 & 5200.
6. Essential plans: Essential plans simplify getting the coverage you need by combining medical, dental and vision benefits all in one plan.  With deductible options; 1750, 3000 & 4500.  100% coverage after your annual medical deductible along with affordable $40 co-payments for doctor visits.  $100 copay for emergency room visits.
7. Active Start plans:  Get value right away, with no deductible to pay.  Active Start PPO plans offer a blend of lower costs and comprehensive benefits for active individuals who want coverage in case of a serious medical event, but also want to take care of more routine day-to-day health care needs.  Services are available right away – there’s no medical deductible to meet.  Low co-payment for doctor and specialist office visits. Chiropractic, acupuncture along with complete major medical hospitalization and outpatient services.
8. HMO plans:  Simple and easy with rich benefits.  If you want an easy to understand plan with rich benefits, predictable out of pocket expenses, and minimal paperwork, one of our HMO plans could be right for you.  Before having to meet a deductible, you’ll have easy access to a wide range of services for a small co-payment, like routine preventive exams and well-baby care.  Our Access + HMO plan also includes basic dental benefits, including coverage for oral exams, teeth cleanings, and restorative services.
