The current Anthem Blue Cross Freedom Blue Plan will be discontinued for the 2012 year.  It will be replaced with a County specific Freedom Blue LPPO (Local PPO), which will only be in the following Counties:

Alameda, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Sonoma, Stanislaus and Ventura.
