Anthem has a $25 per month discount for the first 12 month to anyone new to Medicare on the Anthem Plan F.
Medicare Supplement departments within the different companies are not affiliated with the different state health insurance exchanges. If you have had a bad experience with a company and their health insurance exchange, most likely the same companies Medicare Supplement runs much smoother and with far greater efficiently.
