Applying for a Blue Shield Medicare Supplement plan is easy.  Simply complete the application and fax it back to me along with a copy of your Medicare card (Red, White & Blue Card).

Also, June 1, 2010 will see major changes to Medicare Supplement plans.  Three existing plans are going away and two new plans are being introduced.  Plan H, I and J will no longer be sold beginning June 1st.  If you have one of these plans, you can continue to renew it as long as you keep paying premiums.  Two new lower-cost options will be available.  Plans M and N are the two new plan wich will see lower premiums compared to Plan F.
