What are the qualifications for the gerber life plan G for state of Alabama? Thanks, Tom
Hi Tom, if you are new to Medicare Part B (within 6 month) the enrollment is guaranteed. If you are coming off of a group or employer health plan, your enrollment is guaranteed. If you are currently on a Medicare Supplement plan and would like to switch to Gerber, you will have to complete the medical section of the application.
