Plan F provides virtually 100% coverage for all of your Medicare approved care and services.

Plan G looks and feels like Plan F, but the only difference is with Plan G you will be responsible for the Medicare Part B (outpatient) deductible of $183.  After you satisfy this deductible, Plan G covers the other deductible, copays and percentages.

Plan N: You are responsible for the Medicare Part B deductible ($183). Once this deductible is payed, you will have a $20 copay for outpatient visits, and a $50 copay for emergency room visits.  Plan N provides very competitive premiums.  Be sure to take a look at the rates for your area.

Anthem Extras .. Dental & Vision Package

Anthem provides a dental and vision package called Anthem Extras.  You can enroll in a separate dental only plan or a combination of dental/vision.
